Roland (as usual) took their straightforward approach to tools for musicians and created a set of drum pads that get you being creative quickly but with a small footprint to fit any studio.
Connect this device up to drum machines and tone modules (1 cable) and program in rhythms using sticks or hands. A manner more natural to rhythm players rather than tapping little rubber pads. (**Note: This is a device to trigger other Midi kit and generates no sounds itself)
This device gives you options to use preset rhythms or the flexibility of the pads means it is quick to create your own via your sequencer or DAW.
Roland pads of this era don’t come on the market that often as they are the ‘right tool for the job’.
**The unit has a small chip on the top right corner due to an over enthusiastic drummer (who’d a-thought). Doesn’t affect the operation in any manner.
It will be supplied with a user manual as Pdf on a memory stick.
