The Original Portastudio!
The Teac 144 was the words first four track cassette recorder released in 1979. This vintage machine has been fully refurbished and is ready to go at home or in the studio!
Condition:This is a used item.
This unit shows some cosmetic wear, nothing major and nothing which detracts from usability or functionality. Please see photos.
This unit has has a major service. Which included new belts, service and calibration of the tape mechanism and any other minor faults were addressed. It is now fully functional and ready for you to start recording.
Please be aware this unit is 100V. You will need to ensure you have the correct step-down transformer before powering it on. If you are unsure about this or have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
