Roland TR-808 Rhythm Composer Computer
Fitted with Kenton velocity sensitive midi retrofit. Many midi retrofits from Kenton, and other people are not velocity sensitive. Without velocity sensitivity programming high hats etc isn’t great.
You will be hard pressed to find a better example than this.
Serviced: – It is just back from an analogue specialist. Pots have been treated with deox-it etc.
I have owned it from 2001 and knew the previous owner. It has had very little use.
I don’t really wont to sell it to be honest!
Don’t believe the hype, the clones don’t sound like a real one!!
