The Samson QH4 4-Channel Headphone Amplifier is excellent for musicians of all levels with many functions that are not found on other headphone amplifiers. It has two balanced 1/4 input connectors which is ideal for connecting multiple instruments or connecting to mixers and interfaces. It also has four independent 1/4 stereo headphone outputs which is great when multiple people want to listen to the main input. The headphone outputs can also be used for connecting to amplifiers or speakers which is good when trying to create a better surround sound without using lots of wires. The outputs also have their own individual volume control which is good for people who have different tolerances for volume of music. The headphone amplifier also comes with a stereo 1/8 AUX input which makes it incredibly easy to put in a click track over your own instrument inputs which is good when performing live or playing a track from your phone or iPad without having to use lots of jack adapters. The stereo 1/8 AUX output is really useful if you want to connect to an extra amplifier or speaker or if you want to increase inputs and outputs and connect to multiple QH4s. The master Mute and Mono switches provide quick and easy control to where you want inputs to go and who you want to hear the input.
