Hi, this item is in good condition and working perfectly. few minor marks scratches from normal second hand use but nothing major, powers on and outputs fine to amps/inputs on guitar. Knobs turn fine, one knob is missing however still turntable and can be easily replaced.
This vintage pedal is powered by a 9v battery or 9v adaptor (neither included)
One in put, two out puts.
Great retro powerful sound, not replicated by modern digital modules.
