Matrix XT10000MF Professional power amp delivering 2 x 5000w RMS into 4 ohms (EIAJ)
The XT3000MF, XT5000MF, XT7000MF, and XT10000MF were created to offer the same high quality class AB output stage thats used to with our other two and four channel amps, but with a higher output enabling them to be used to run a wide variety of applications. The XT7000MF and XT10000MF are especially suited to the larger bass drivers available within the marketplace.
Designed to output 1500, 2500, 3500, and 5000 watts RMS per channel into a 4 ohm load as standard*, the lightweight amps feature class AB mosfet output stages to deliver every nuance and transient present within the source material. Powered by a high efficiency 12KVA switched mode power supply, there is always plenty of headroom available.
Weighing just 9kgs the MF series has one internal fan with a further two dual-speed temperature controlled 80mm long-life fans on the rear of the case and our unique turbulated heatsink design to provide efficient cooling. Low thermal mass keeps the amplifier weight down and gets the heat out quickly.
The amplifier has fully balanced Neutrik XLR inputs ( with link output ) and Neutrik Speakon output sockets and is connected to the mains by a fused 32A Powercon inlet, with soft start to limit in-rush current making installation simple and quick even in large systems.
The XT10000MF is the largest of the MF range of four amps, outputting 5000 watts of great sounding class AB sound per channel from its 9.0kg chassis.
The pinnacle of our range was especially developed by Andy Hunt to offer more output power than previously offered in a class AB package.
