AKAI S2800i 90’s 16-Bit Classic Rack Sampler
The Akai S2800i is another of Akai’s classic 16-Bit samplers. This one has the same filters and converts as an MPC3000. This is a really inexpensive way to get your hands on the classic 90’s Akai sound. This unit does not have a floppy drive. We do not have the time for this one so selling cheap for someone else to grab a bargain and have a go! We will be selling some more gear off cheap so keep an eye on our other listings too.

This is a used unit.
This unit is in good condition only showing some minor wear like a few light scratches and rack rash. Please see photos.
This unit does not have a floppy drive. New owner could source and install a working floppy drive or install a HXC reader. Another option would be to use the SCSI.
This unit is running OS 2 and has 8 Megawords /16MB of RAM installed. It boots without a floppy disk.
This unit has been tested and is all fully functional besides the missing floppy drive. The backlight on the screen is a little dull however this is pretty common in these units.
Please be aware this unit is 100V.
You will need to ensure you have the correct step-down transformer before powering on this unit.
