The Pico VCA is composed of two linear amplifiers, which can be utilized for processing audio material as well as control voltages. The circuits are based on LM13700 type op-amps. Thanks to normalizations, it is very easy to use the VCAs in parallel or as part of a stereo setup.
Ericas Pico VCA comes equipped with a signal input, an output and a CV port per amplifier. The latter influences the level of the corresponding channel within the range of -80 dB to 0 dB. The signal inputs are normalized, meaning incoming audio material or control voltages can be processed in parallel with very little effort. Using a jumper on the circuit board, it is possible to link the CV connectors as well. A clever addition for treating stereo material.
