This new series of 2U Trojan Plus Amplifiers provides up to 1500 Watts RMS for the muscle to power larger speakers to their maximum output. Trojan Amps rely on the tried and tested transformer fed power supply. Slightly more expensive than switched mode but totally reliable. Channels can be run in stereo, dual mono and bridge modes. In the event of failure it is comforting to know that each channel’s power output section can be substituted within minutes. Vari speed fans maintain a safe operating temperature whatever the situation. Indicators show: Power Present on each channel; Signal Present; the onset of Clipping; and Protection Active. A manual reset protects the output circuitry in the event of a speaker short circuit. Outputs via binding posts and Speakloc connectors which mate precisely with any other locking speaker connector.
