RODE NTG4+ SHOTGUN MICROPHONE FOR VIDEO AND LOCATION SOUND WORK – BOXED – VERY GOOD CONDITION
This versatile shotgun microphone can be powered from phantom-power or its own internal battery, charged via a USB custom-socket in the XLR plug – lead supplied.
Its performance is enhanced by the inclusion of switchable filters for High-pass (Low-cut), High-boost (useful when used with the foam and Deadcat windshields (both supplied)) and a -10dB switch when using the microphone with sensitive camera microphone inputs.
I have not used this mic a great deal – probably 10-20 times in total. I have used this as an on-camera mic, as a free-standing video mic and when recording location sound. It has acquitted itself excellently on all occasions. Only reason for sale is that I’ve now gone stereo.
I bought this as ‘B Stock’ from Absolute Music – slightly scruffy box, but otherwise immaculate. Comes with all paperwork, accessories and required charging lead.
