BLACK BOX ANALOG DESIGN HG-2
This is a saturation box that adds 2nd and 3rd harmonics ! The more you push the unit the more distortion it adds.
Brought from KMR Audio in London 12 months ago for a big project and no longer needed as I’m moving to the USA.
Excellent condition and only used a handful of times. Please Note – Like all Tube / Valve equipment the tubes drift sometimes and you need to adjust the LEFT AND RIGHT panning. This is part of the character of this type of unit. The HG-2 unit has a “TRIM” Dial on the front of the unit to do this very easily.
* Two of the small blue LED’s that light up the logo have blown and need replacing but this doesn’t effect the functioning of the unit. The blue lights are just for show and to make the unit look nice !
