Somewhat later than I’d intended, here is the listing for the MIDI Foot Controller that accompanies the Axe-FX Ultra I am also selling.
This was bought new by me for just short of 800 just over 5 years ago. I used it for 12 months in a tribute band – for about 8 gigs – and it was then replaced by a Kemper and so has spent the last 4 years in its unopened flightcase in my heated storage facility. It is in brand new, unmarked condition.
The MFC-101 is built like a tank, with quiet solid state switches and a FASLINK connector which, with an optional XA Adaptor (not included as I never went down this route) means you can connect an Axe-FX II over XLR. I used the MIDI cable connection and it always worked faultlessly.
As you would expect, given that it was designed by Fractal Audio, it is the perfect partner tp the Axe-FX. I found it easy to programme and use in both gig and studio situations.
It comes with the original power supply, owner’s manual and quick start guide and I will also include the magnetic graphics that can be placed over each footswitch to let you know at a glance what you have programmed it to do…these can be seen on the controller in one of the photos.
