This is a professional lightweight power amplifier by miltec called an LA20, its specifications found online are below.
Its fully working although a bit dusty in side so could do with a blow clean. To avoid any doubt or issue with things im not all that clued up on i have taken this to a sound firm who plugged it in and tested as working.

Im still going through a pile of clearance equipment i purchased from a bankrupcy auction where i was only interested in some camera equipment, i ended up with some audio and lighting units as part of the lot i bid on which i have been slowly selling as i can get around to them, there is no mains cable or any cables or cases/ boxes supplied.
