A double MIDI to USB converter.
The 2 midi leads are each 40cm long. The USB end is 150cm long.
This came with a piece of kit I bought over a year ago. I have never used it and am having a clear out, so I hope you can get use of it.
As I have never used it or tested it, I’m selling it as in used condition though I have never plugged it in!
