Vintage Shure PE589 Dynamic cardioid microphone (1970’s, Original box, cable etc.)
Excellent condition, tested and working (strong, clear sound).
Uni directional pattern picks up no noise from the side of the mic. great for eliminating background noise.
Very little use as condition shows. Bright silver original finish (not worn out, faded or yellowed like some others on sale!).
Original plastic storage box (foam has been replaced)
Original instruction manual, warranty card and cardboard outer packaging!
Original XLR to 1/4″ jack lead. (XLR plug has small patch of tarnish as shown in photo)
Going by the design of the item and the 1975 copyright on the instructions I believe the age to be mid 70’s to early 80’s
An ideal addition to any audiophiles collection (rare to find with original packaging) or to use for tribute band performance for the ultimate in originality.
