Rare professional studio item. Gives full control over MIDI data stream. There is hardly a task that MEP4 would not be able to do to MIDI.
I was planning to use it to re-assign MIDI channels between MIDI enabled guitar and synth unit. But abandoned the project and I never used it. It has sat at the bottom of the closet for many years.
Condition: really good appearance with some minor scratches; all buttons work; LCD works; all settings seem to do what they are supposed to. I have never tested it however in a real MIDI chain.
