AKAI MPC 1000 – Spares and Repairs . Condition is For parts or not working. Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class.Akai Mpc 1000 for sale. I recently acquired this from a friend in the aim to refurbish it and use it for a new project im working, sadly during these difficult times other things must come first.Issues are as follows.Some of the pads are no longer working properly, if you press them hard they will trigger samples.
Will need a new pad kit/upgrade.There is an issue with the mpc in that it will randomly cut out and it will display a blank screen, I am unsire as to how to sort this one but I was intending on replacing the hardrive.One of the side panels has come loose, you can get a pair of these online.I have removed the 128 ram upgrade as it was displaying a bootlock ver 1.3 memory error. The items needed can be purchased for roughly £215I also have enquired about having all the repairs done and it would cost roughly at the most £400 Someone will be able to figure all these things out, but sadly I haven’t got the time, money or know how.
