RARE ROLAND A-110 MIDI DISPLAY & 5x MIDI THRU – UK / GERMANY
This is a very rare fully working example of Roland’s 1U 19-inch A-110 MIDI display. Matching the D-110 synth and other modules of the same period, it has a seven and a quarter octave display of LED’s with MIDI C4 around the centre, MIDI Channel Select, plus a numeric display to show patch change and other parameters.
On the rear there’s a MIDI In and 5 MIDI Thru sockets, so your incoming source (usually a master keyboard or sequencer) can be split to 5 different destinations.
The display shows any notes you play, and of course if you’re playing a complex sequence the display can become very active. Great as a source of flashing lights for your studio, but also highly practical in helping to root out MIDI problems, define chords and so on.
A couple of very minor scratches on the front panel just visible in the first photo of the actual item on sale – the other photo is from the internet. Mains power cable included in UK only.
Pickup in London with cash payment preferred, very near a Northern Line tube station and the North Circular Road.
