The Qu24 and rack extension is from my small studio, never been gigged, and has had light use. It was used for both capturing audio ( the preamps are crystal clear and really good ) and also was used to create multiple headphone and monitor mixes.
If you want to use an external preamp your just set the qu24 inputs as low as they go. The mobile apps are incredible and ultra useful and the motorised faders never get boring! Plenty of info online to get it working well with most DAWS. I used logic and it was a pleasure to use in combination.
Both devices are in very good condition wand very slight signs of use. Both units have been cleaned with disinfectant before packing.
