Here I’m offering two sets of 9 large acoustic treatment panels. Price buys one set of 9 panels.
They are 4″ Rockwool (some RW3, some RW45 – I have no way of telling them apart!) and each is 2ft x 4ft area, in professional “Ready Acoustics Ready Bags” – these are not shabby DIY efforts, they look very professional indeed. each panel generally has two edges reinforced with polystyrene (inside the bag) which helps the bag stay taught, and keeps the edges looking sharp.
They mostly have some chunks of polystyrene stuck to the back with double-sided tape, just to space them a further 4″ from the wall, to enhance their conrol of low frequencies. These are very easy to remove as you want.
They’re light weight over all, no wood, so can easily hang from a hook by some cable ties. The Readybags have straps sewn on to them to allow horizontal or vertical orientation, I also have one hanging from the ceiling as a cloud. Very light, very safe…
