AKAI S1000 Vintage Digital Sampler This is a legendary digital sampler of the late eighties from AKAI! This unit comes with a great amount of advanced edit options for looping, truncating, tuning and even analog-like modulations such as filter and envelope. 16 voice polyphony, 22 kHz to 44.1 kHz sample rate. Physical condition: Sampler is in overall great physical condition. Some typical but minor rack rash as shown on photos. Working order: Unit powers up perfectly and runs smoothly and stable. The signal runs clean. Upon adjusting the Main Volume knob sampler occasionally distorts. This however does not appear to be happening during playback, only when Main Volume knob is being moved. Otherwise the sampler is in full working order. Power supply is not included in this sale.
