Las Vegas, NV (January 11, 2019)—AKG unveiled its new DMS100 and DMS300 professional digital wireless systems at CES this week. The systems are intended for use in performing musicians, presentations, HOW and so forth, and will become available in Q2, 2019. The eight-channel DMS300 and four-channel DMS100 offer 2.4GHz operation and are each available in two configurations—an AKG handheld microphone or an instrument- or headset-ready body pack. Pro Audio Education to Expand at NAMM 2019 All four versions include 24-bit/48 kHz uncompressed audio coding and signal security provided by AES 256-bit encryption.
