Here are 128 new sounds, each sound I created from an initialised patch. The files can be used with the Novation librarian utility.
I’ve had a lot of fun with this instrument, it’s just mysort of synth. It has brilliant capabilities and was impressed with theanalogue modelling. Most of all, it’s perfect for layering up those house/garagechord sounds. I’ll come back to this synthesizer for sure!I’ve been listening to a lot of Vapourwave type stuffrecently. It’s a genre, go check it out. This genre has really influenced thesepatches, so there is a lot of glassy throw back 90’s stuff in here, but it’sthese sounds that are making a big come back at the moment. The novation canreally lend itself to the likes of the JD800 and the Wavestation. However thereare some absolute moog classic in here, modular arpeggiators and the like!The usual influences for thesepatches apply…and if you don’t know any of these names go check them out: ComTruise, Bobby Tank,Boards of Canada, Young Wonder, Ford and Lopatin, Lone Hooray for Earth,Giraffage, Inc., Aphex Twin, Autre Ne Veut, Plaid, Vangelis, Tangerine Dream, Orbital, DaftPunk, Chemical Brothers, Neon Indian, Leftfield, M83, Katy B, Roisin Murphy etc etc…
