This is an old Allen & Heath mixing desk from the late 80s/early 90s. It has 12 channels, 6 of which have XLR I/O and the other 6 of which have 6.35mm (1/4 in) I/O. There’s a piece missing from this mixer (above the studio 12) that appears to be from some kind of monitoring dials. When powered on, the peak light for Channel 9 seems to stay on, and it’s unknown whether this is a faulty input or just a broken connection for the LED. This mixer comes with a power supply (pictured) which has a standard 3 pin mains plug, and an output into the desk which is proprietary it seems.
This is from a charity that operated a radio station between 1980 and 2010; it was in use during some of that time, and has then been in storage for 10 years. It appears to be operational since it powers on (slightly audible hum), however it hasnt been tested with any output.
The dimensions of the unit is: Length – 61cm; Depth – 65cm; Height – 10cm.
