Allen&Heath ZEDR16 firewire Mixing Board. Condition is Used. This board needs a clean and service, it does work although I am having issues with the master control, namely the mono switch, Dig master and alt speaker switches. Although all of these work I am getting problems in the form of intermittent speaker output which resolves as I wiggle the buttons. Also channel 4 input female 3 pin socket I think needs to be repaired or replaced.
This board is not to be discarded, I contacted Allen&Heath in the expectance of them having a technical department for servicing and repair, for which they informed me they dont and therefore the board would need to be serviced by a third party. They highly recommend servicing rather than purchasing a new board.
As I am shutting down my studio I am selling the board rather than servicing. For those of you in the know this holds a fantastic opportunity to buy this board cheap, get it serviced, and then be left sitting with an awesome 1500 board. The pre amp and eq’ing tech and quality is un surpassed.
I will include the firewire connecting lead. Compatible software is available on line as is the manual.
