I purchased two of these great little mic holders for a project that unfortunately never happened.
A great solution to the problem of Amp-cabinet stage mic-ing. If you need to keep the stage free of stands or need the cleanest stage you can get, these brilliant stands are the only option I could find at a sensible price.
The main feature being they can direct a dynamic mic, like a SM57-8 with a cardioid pattern, directly at the speaker cone. Most ‘hung-over’ methods of mic placement are just ineffective and volume of signal suffers.
They are light, made from good hard plastic and aluminium, small, easily fold up small enough to fit in any guitar case pocket or directly in the back of your amp with the power lead, and dead simple to operate. (even drummers could work these out!)I’ve fitted a rubber spring shock-mount to each and these are included in the listing.
