Offered here is a single Audio Technica AT804 omnidirectional dynamic reporters microphone complete with a generic pencil case pouch to fit and give some protection. It is in used but good working condition, the body has some marks from where stickers had been applied and are now removed, otherwise there are only a few minor marks and it works as it should.
The AT804 is ideal for interviews, sportscasting, podcasts, field reporting for TV and radio and for use as the ‘mono’ mic in conjunction with a separate stereo microphone. Its omnidirectional polar pattern provides natural reproduction of surrounding ambience. The mics rugged housing with a hardened steel grille stands up to field use and its internal shock mounting minimizes handling and cable noise.
This model is the predecessor to Audio Technica’s current ATM8004 model. The specs are as follows:
