Postage
Items are normally posted the day after receiving payment using a traceable postal service. Most items will be sent either 1st Class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier. We aim to ensure you receive your goods promptly and safely. We only send items to your confirmed Paypal address. Please ‘add’ any other additional delivery addresses to your Paypal account before bidding. The Postage charge covers most of mainland UK. If you live in Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Scottish Highlands/Islands there may be an additional charge so we would advise you to contact us before bidding
We do not normally post items outside the UK. Any buyer wishing to bid or buy an item who lives outside the UK should contact us first or your bid may be removed.
Terms of Sale
By bidding on our auction, you are agreeing to eBay’s policies and our return policy. We are unable to offer return or refund on DVD’s, CD’s or Games or any other media, as they can easily be duplicated. All other items must be returned within 14 days of being received and in the condition it was received. We will check any reported faults. Once the fault has been confirmed we will offer a similar or better replacement which will be dispatched without delay. If we do not have a suitable replacement, we will offer a refund.
