Behringer FCB1010 Midi foot controller.
Bought to control my 11rack in my little studio.But just haven’t used it much.
Comes with uno v.1.0.4 chip installed.
Will include original Behringer V2.5 chip and a removal tool.
Manual and original mains lead, that came in the box. That will need a 3 pin uk plug wired to it.
The uno chip is best programed with the fcb/uno control center

Will throw in usb to midi adapter.(see pic) I’ve never used this, so not sure of its effectiveness. There is one similar to it shown on the uno online manual.
