This is an audio interface by Creative, emu 1616. It comes with 48V power adapter and MIDI cables. I found it stashed away in a box with some other audio equipment, and I am selling it because I am obviously not using it.
I am not sure about the condition, but when I plug in the power adapter and turn it on the lights turn on. I plugged in my guitar and headphones, but there is no sound, however I think that to get some sound out you have to connect the interface with the PCI card. I do not have a Creative sound card to check if everything works as it should, so I can not guarantee it.
