Built by an experienced synth technician with lead solder. Build was done to perfection as it took 22 hours. Requires CV/Gate to function. It comes with power supply and 12 x mini jack cables so, you can route all the CV connections on the back. It has a 1/4 inch jack Audio out and a 3.5mm jack audio out. The Gilbert has been built with precision and the cost of this item after build was 720. So,this is a bargain.
Description Gilbert is a small format analog monosynth inspired by what we consider to be some of the best era of Roland machines from the late 70s/early 80s. It has a nice rubbery tone that will be familiar to all acid aficionados and makes a great supporting voice for your RE-303. Gilbert can be thought of in a couple of ways. On one hand you have a fully fledged analog monosynth and on the other hand due to its I/O connections you could think of Gilbert as a eurorack module in a synthesizer format. Of course combinations of both also work, anything is possible. It’s pretty much a modular sh101.
