You are looking at a NEW ETIT Matrix Mixer module for eurorack format modular synthesizer. I designed and built it. ask me questions. I provide a 1 year warranty on everything. just pay shipping and get it fixed or replaced free. This is an interesting module that is only 12HP but it would replace 16 traditional 4 in 1 out mixers doing things the old way. this lets you patch all your ins and outs to a central location so that you can send a signal anywhere in any amount at anytime. you can mix anything with anything then send that to multiple locations having a unique mix going out to each destination. you get AC coupling on the inputs by default but if you install the included jumpers on all 4 channels, you will have a DC coupled mixer. I like the AC coupling for feedback and noise drones. but the DC is needed when working with joysticks or LFO. if you plan on using mostly LFO, I would suggest getting the linear option for a 1 to 1 max gain and linear potentiometers. Most people will prefer the audio version with a max gain of 1.5. this makes it capable of amplifying weak signals anywhere in the system. it also makes it easier to achieve intentional distortion with overloaded signals when distortion is desired. both versions have user selectable AC or DC coupling per channel on the back of the module. if you would like a custom gain range please message me before buying. these are the defaults.
