This is a great bit of kit – but can be temperamental with modern systems.
Personally, I had this working all the way from Windows XP through to Windows 10 64bit with various Steinberg Software from early Nuendo to the latest Cubase versions.
However I’ve heard that people can have trouble getting them working with today’s software and computers and Focusrite support is (and always was) non existent.
Therefore I will not accept returns on this item so BUYER BEWARE, please be sure you want it and are prepared to take the risk yourself – it is not faulty, it works perfectly if your system will allow it – if you can’t get it working with your setup you will need to sell it on yourself. There is lots of information on the internet about this (but as usual much of it is bowlacks) however I can say it worked fine for me with the right firewire card, drivers and configuration of your software.
