Foster X30 cassette 4 track; I am clearing out some gear, I have never used this (it was given to me by a friend), however I have tested it and its working fully on all 4 tracks and the heads seem to be fine.
There is NO POWER SUPPLY but one can be bought on e bay.
The zero reset button seems to be missing, but poking a cotton bud in the hole does the job perfectly if needed.
I am selling as I already have 3 x 4 track machines, I love them for recording rough ideas and even whole songs in the old way without the hassle of using digital stuff.
Obviously I use Logic and Protools like everyone else, recently I’ ve been recording live drums with a 4 track, and then recording them direct it Logic. Getting some nice results from this method.
A very useful and cool retro machine.
