Selling a Fostex PD-2 portable DAT recorder for spare parts. It loads and unloads the tape correctly, but doesn’t roll it when play or rewind is pressed. Says PCM error on display too. Audio was tested by signal generator. Doesn’t pass the signal to headphone jack nor indicators or was intermittent at best, while the peak LED reacted to signal as it should.
