A low impedance speaker installation patch box for removing the confusion of parallel and series speaker wiring. Top mounted configuration switches can be set to stereo mode with either 2×2 or 2×4 speakers- or a mono mode with eight speakers. For 16 speaker configurations- two patch boxes will be required. Speakers are connected to the patch box via Phoenix-style connectors that are included with each module. For installation purposes- the patch box is meant to be placed in the middle of a large speaker installation with speaker leads feeding out from the box and a feed from a power amplifier will run to the binding posts mounted on the side. The SPB-8420 is ideal for connecting eight 8Ohm speakers to one amplifier whilst maintaining a safe impedance level..
