Up for grabs here is a very rare chance to purchase this vintage 1980’s valve pre amp and stereo valve power amp outfit.
VPA – 1 Pre Amp with Clean, crunch, overdrive channels with awesome ‘scream’ control.
VPA – 50S 50/50 Stereo valve power amp with presence control feature.
These were built in Leeds in the 80’s and licensed by Ibanez – a perfect and unique rock guitar setup, great for live or studio use.
Remember this is a power amp not regular amp to plug your guitar straight into.
Haven’t used this in a couple of years but looked after with no issues. We are in the process of moving so whilst my means of testing are not to hand, there should be no issues with this item.
Collection only but happy to drive approx 30/40 miles in all directions from Northampton for petrol costs approx 15 round trip at 40 miles and you know its in good hands and not at the mercy of a courier!
Postage is simply not an option this thing is ludicrously heavy for the size maybe 30kg or more and i’d always be dubious abut sending anything that has valves and the related circuitry.
If you are adamant about postage then please get in touch and I will try and price a fully insured cost that takes into consideration, cost, weight, packaging and lovely ebay taking 10% for themselves. To give you an idea an initial quick search on Parcelforce 48 with the correct cover etc, is looking at approx. 55!
