Excellent pair of the highly desirable JBL 2435HPL compression drivers with Beryllium diaphragms.
These drivers have a 1.5″ exit, neodymium magnet structure and most importantly a 3″ BERYLLIUM DIAPHRAGM, making them fantastic performing and lightweight.
Remarkable clarity and vanishingly low distortion: they sound great! Close serial numbers.
JBL’s Pro version of the horn driver used in their flagship K2 9800 speakers.
Also used in JBL’s Vertec line array speakers.
VERY sensitive with a very linear frequency response.
