KAWAIK-4r RACK SYNTEHSIZERWITH ORIGINAL MANUAL!Awesome late 1980’s / early 1990’s 2U rack mount digital synth with exquisite filters (including resonant), an early Chemical Brothers favourite.Capable of both bread and butter and very strange exotic sounds, it’s a perfect unit to add something different to your set-up.8 outputs, midi in/out/thru, surprisingly extensive selection of waveforms. I’ve seen it described as a baby Prophet VS and there’s an element of sense to that!Usual age related rack wear including some scrapes on the top and around the edges, tiny bit of damage to the plastic facia around a screw (see pic 7, left screw) but not noticeable once racked, face is nice and clean, everything works as it should, and display is bright and clear.Comes with the original English user manual, and a generic 12v UK PSU (which has seen better days but does the job, easy to replace if required).I’m planning to sell some other gear I can probably make do without this week, so check my other listings for more synths, samplers and drum machines.
