This is a customer returned item to a Major Internet Retailer.
I do not know why it was returned but the card with the serial number is missing.
The hard drive connects to the computer, software loads, then upgrade loads.
Register as a new user, but then you are asked for the serial number (product key), but this is missing.
Cannot continue further.
Maybe you can buy a product key, or get one from somewhere.
Hard Drive, USB Cable, simple instructions and box – no other items.
Due to the above, sensible starting price – No Returns.
