You’re looking at a Korg King Korg Black Virtual Analogue Synthesiser.
The synth is in full working order – all keys, knobs, buttons, and controls function. I’m the sole owner from new (bought in February ’19) and it is in excellent condition and has been stored on a stand in a smoke/pet-free home and covered up when not in use. No damage – very light signs of use. It comes with the original packaging, UK power cable and manual. It will be well-packaged for next-day shipping.
I have updated the synth to the latest firmware.
The Korg King Korg is a virtual analogue polyphonic synth with 61 full-sized keys with velocity (no aftertouch, sadly). It features 3 oscillators per voice – with numerous modelled oscillators from a variety of classic synths. Similarly, there are a variety of modelled Low Pass, High Pass and Band Pass filters from classic synths. There are also a number of sampled sounds – pianos, electric pianos, organs and more.
The synth is easy to use with most of the controls on the control panel, making it easy to create your own sounds. Basses, leads, pads, strings, effects, arpeggios and even digital sounds thanks to the DWGS waveforms from the DW-series synths are easily conjured. There is an impressive array of modelled effects – delays/reverbs, flangers, chorus, phaser, and amp modelling – Korg have gone for quality over quantity with them – all easily accessed and tweaked from the front panel.
I’m selling as outside a weekly noodle, I’ve barely played my synths in recent months and need the money. It’s also a waste them not being put to better use. Keep an eye out for other listings!
