This is a professional 1U rack mounted studio grade unit quad gate made in the UK. Original list price 599.00. It is certainly ‘road worn’ and rather tatty, but it still works great and has plenty of life left in it.
There are a few missing knobs, and the unit has some scratches here and there, but this does not effect the operation of the unit.
The LA AUDIO 4G2 features four seperate, fully featured noise gates and four externally accessible variable High and Low pass filters.
Each of the four gates can be used independently or gates 1&2 or 3&4 can be linked for 2 x stereo operation.
The filters can be used in conjuction with the gates for Selective Noise Reduction or switched out for use in other applications such as on console inserts.
This auction is for the unit only, no cables or manuals included.
