This is a Lucid 88192 8-channel AD/DA converter. An excellent mastering-grade converter.

HOWEVER, The screen on this unit has developed a fault, so before it completely failed I set it to the following settings:External clock mode – an external clock source must be connected to the word-clock input, and allows changes to the sample rate to be made.All other functions as default (all analogue connections set to +4dBu, soft-clip off, Here’s a video demonstrating the fault: https://youtu.be/m6nrhtqO6jk
I used it for a couple of years in this state, it continued to sound great, and remained reliable. Cosmetically good condition, just the usual rack-rash.
The fault was investigated by Real Electronics (suggested by the manufacturer). Repair is possible, but uneconomical. If you require details of my exchange with them, just ask.
