For sale, a Made in USA DBX 163A Classic OverEasy Compressor / Limiter with DI input for Electric Bass and Guitars at the front as well as line level input at the back. Two units can be used in stereo via the master / slave switch at the back with a standard TRS jack/jack lead.
Unlike the DBX 163Xs (look at the back if you see one…); the DBX 163A on sale here was Made in USA and have the upgraded non-switching power supplies with the standard 3 prongs removable power lead. I had both versions and they sounded the same, but I decided to keep the 163As for the obvious reasons; 3-prong upgraded non-switching power supply / Made in USA.
I have two units listed and they were built in April 97 and have near consecutive serial numbersvery desirable when matching a pair for stereo applications and higher parts tolerance from unit to unit: S/N 10003 & 10007.
Full working order and good overall condition, light scratches here an there nothing bad considering its age.
