Originally purchased from GAK in Jan 2019. This is a 2018/2019 model with Thunderbolt 2. Only lightly used in smoke-free studio. Interface is in perfect working condition but was rack mounted so has some minor rack-rash. Selling due to studio upgrade from normal patchbays to custom d-sub boxes and need for more channels.
The Motu 16a is very clear, warm and musical with a nice bottom end. I used the Motu 16a within a hybrid setup with outboard gear and there is very little to no noticable latency during live tracking running through the USB or TB port.
I am having a spring-clean in my studio and selling equipment that is no longer seeing enough use. Please check out my other items for sale.
