NOS 1960’s Government Octal Plug in QuadRectifier 500V 600ma Valve Replacement DescriptionYou are buying a New OldStock Semiconductor Octal Plug Valve Rectifier with 4 Diodes ( so you can makea single bridge or separate half wave single and / or dual diode rectifiers). Could be used to replaceobsolete or expensive rectifiers, without removing a valve socket but  with some rewiring. It is important to makesome form of delay circuit to delay the HT at switch-on, to allow the valves toget up to temperature.Handy for a rebuild or areplica amp.The Rectifier isGovernment issue, CV7137, and is UK made in the 1960’s, byAssociated Electrical Industries, AEI.
