Here is a rare and wonderful ribbon microphone from Oktava. This Soviet era mic is front address with a cardioid pattern. It sounds wonderful and covers the bases that the Beyerdynamic ribbons with the same configuration excel at!
This one is in excellent vintage condition and sounds like it should. It comes with its mic clip and a small table stand base. The clip will fit on to contemporary mic stands as well. S/N 0724.
As with all passive ribbon microphones a good, clean preamp in the signal chain brings out the best.
