Back when my studio/house was lit only by a 1000 LED blinkenlighten this box was my god.
Essentially placed between my sequencer (QY70 or PC) and a ton of MIDI out board gear (Novation, Roland and a ton more) it would let me control everything from one output (bandwidth allowing).
Even more usefully it let me broadcast MIDI timing messages to a whole pile of synths/drum machine simultaneously and with no lag that I ever noticed.
This unit is mains powered but the PSU is built in (no extra wall-warts!)
Sold as seen. Powers up but the studio is dismantled and I have no way to test this anymore. However, it worked when it was last used and has only been in storage ever since.
