we use the following parts: Styroflex 8,2nF output capacitor (same as original Dallas Rangemaster) Styroflex .005uf Input capacitor (same as original Dallas Rangemaster) Mullard/Philips black glass OC44 (same as original Dallas Rangemaster)Carbon composite resistors (same as original Dallas Rangemaster) Hand wired Phenolic tag board (same as original Dallas Rangemaster)Enclosed Jacks (same as original Dallas Rangemaster) Positive Ground Battery only circuit (same as original Dallas Rangemaster)
The original iconic Dallas Rangemaster never used The CV7003, “Yellow dot” OC44, OC44K, Gold Can OC44, OC44.5 or any other Grade “A” Military spec transistors…..so we don’t!
