Cable is terminated with a 3.5mm stereo mini Jack NEUTRIK/REAN NYS231BG hard gold plated connector to 5-pin DIN NEUTRIK/REAN NYS322G connector with hard gold plated pins and is made with a Van Damme Pro Grade Classic XKE Patch Cable. This cable can be used to send an audio signal into the device having a DIN socket where pins 3 and 5 are connected with common earth but can be supplied as an output cable with pins 1 and 4 connected if requested. This 5-pin DIN plug will work correctly in both 5-pin and 7-pin DIN sockets. The extra 2-pins in the 7-pin socket are only used to pass data between B&O products, so they are not required when non-B&O inputs are connected. This cable has a special coloured heat shrink for extra damage protection on both sides. This cable is terminated using 4% Silver solder – lead free RoHS compliant.
